Khepri is an ancient Egyptian god with head of a scarab that represented the rising sun, creation, and transformation. Egyptian art and themes often float in my mind when creating assemblages; I believe it's the similarties in my medium to the geometric forms, palette, and the relief of ancient Egyptian art.

Found objects (camera parts, watch parts, electronics, transformer wire), pressure-cast urethane resin, mdf, stain, custom aluminum brackets, stainless / steel hardware

• The cast creature is susceptible to fingerprints, clean with a small amount of window cleaner and a soft cloth.
  
• Keep out of direct sunlight or high-emitting UV lights.
  
• Avoid extreme temperatures and rapid temperature variations.
