Found objects (camera parts, watch parts, electronics, transformer wire), pressure-cast urethane resin, alum/brass hanger. 

This hippocampus specimen is made of watch parts, camera parts, resistors and a few capacitors and diodes. The main body or silver rib area is composed of the thumb levers from several disassembled Bic lighters. The upper snout is a shrader air valve. There is a tiny pectoral fin as well — most of my seahorses have the pectoral fin, unless I forgot to add it, which I have.
